Community
Our community encompasses 171 majestic acres and 86 total homes nestled in a beautiful valley along the countryside of Williamson County providing magnificent views of the surrounding rolling hills. The Farm at Clovercroft was once an active dairy farm producing much of the local area's milk and cheese needs. Some of the original structures remain on the property. The community common space includes a playground park, open air pavilion, and gorgeous natural space that includes wooded areas and a creek.
We are located off of Clovercroft Road, on the western boundary of the Town of Nolensville in unincorporated Williamson County. While we may not officially be a part of Nolensville, it is hard not to feel like a resident due to its close proximity and the wonderful local establishments there.
A major draw to this area is the local public school system, boasting some of the highest rated schools in the state. Our children attend Jordan Elementary (opened in 2018), Sunset Middle (opened in 2006), and Nolensville High (opened in 2016) Schools.
